you will need to run a gu gearbox with the gu cab if you dont there is a lot of moding to make the gear stick line up. Went through it when we did my brothers car also the gq chassis has a thicker wall thickness

Dont forget to check the kingpin bearings they tend the get a shake up when there worn alittle take the shims out and try that if bushes dont fix the problem

you can get them out of china if you just want cheap as posiable they are $470 per kit it includes 1x locker centre ,switches ,compresser,air lines but the freight would be about $220 per diff but you have the option of sending it sea frieght if you wanna wait 8 weeks but it will be about $80 all up ...

Rubber is the way to go I tried all types of aftermarket bushes and they were to hard and supenstion did nothing than the others smashes up in to little bits using it offroad didnt even get 2000 kms out of 1 set .wont do that again just spend the $ now and you wont have a problem 4 another 10 years ...

if your after better fuel ecomony your not going to get it out of any of the tb 42 or 45 range of motors carby or efi as everyone know thats they are all fuel drinkers. efi has a plus side as the motor dosnt run out of fuel on angles and steep hills as the carby model does do a td42 engine or v8 ...

I have seen people use a stock intercooler from a 180sx or silvia you could mod a skyline they are roughly the same size as the patrol td 42 one there are heaps of those around dont think you would pay any more than $50 for one of them

you can go and get a efi harness and intake airflow meter and dizzy from the tb42e motor and it will bolt up you will need a efi sender unit and pump for the fuel it will cost you bout 800 to 1000 to do the whole job as long you are pritty handy with wiring and the mechnices of it

i sell these worklights and the manufacturer supplys a relay and a switch in the kit so its there mite as well fit it a relay is probally a better set up for 4 extra female blade fittings and about a mintre to fit and mount it
