3rz Bellhousing

I currently have an 89 sr5 4runner with a 22r. I am in the process of putting a 3rz in it.
I bolted up the 3rz Bellhousing and the input shaft seems to be too short.

I took some measurements and the 3rz belhousing is about 10mm longer.

Has anyone else had this?

When people mention loom what exactly does this include? is it all the wirring in the engine bay or just the wires that run to the ecu? Again with the wirrin...
