Hi all,
I have a 1996 MJ Triton with a 4D56T engine. I was wondering whether a pajero dash (from a similar year model pajero) would be a bolt in fit to my triton? I ask this as I much prefer the look of the pajero's dash and I know someone who i'd be able to get it off cheaply.
Thanks, Thomas.

Priming a 4D56T Triton.
Hey all,
I wanted to clarify the exact procedure to prime my triton diesel. As far as I can tell its just loosen the air bleed screw and operate the pump until fuel spurts out evenly?
Thanks, Thomas.

Re: triton tech
Seconded, I would love a similar tech database to the pajero - would save me a bit of hassle.
Thanks, Thomas.

Re: Engine options in a 1996 MJ triton 4x4.
Bump: I have found a 6G72 engine for a decent price, now I want to know if the bellhousings for the V5M21 and V5MT1 are the same, and more specifically can I mate a 6G72 to a V5M21 (and have it last, i'd hope so considering the 4D56T engine has more torque, but second opinions would be great)? I ...

Engine options in a 1996 MJ triton 4x4.
Hey all, I have a triton as per title with a 4D56T engine. It has done 430xxxkms and its time for the engine to come out. Now my options are to buy another 4D56T engine and drop it in (easy), or I was also thinking can I put in a 3L v6? My understanding is it will bolt straight up to my V5MT1 ...
