Yeah I agree, the LSD is rubbish. On the hunt for petrol diffs now. The cars no longer a daily (company car and weekender) so the lux may get a locker. Ive found a few auto lockers but not sure if Ill go with one of these or just stick to a Air locker. Thanks for the interest and input guys, missing ...

No worries, will it be easier just going crawler gears in the transfer? Found that diffs r hard to find.

Is it worth keeping my centers (put rear one into IFS rear diff housing) or do I use later model diff centres (are they a lower ratio?) AS id like to run 33s at a later date, is it worth upgrading now?

My 94 Diesel 4x4 hilux has a diff issue, needs either a rebuild or swap (excessive backlash) Ive heard a IFS rear diff can go in easy, but need to be sure of ratios and what to do to space front wheels to match increased wheel track of the rear diff.
