How about Merc, Audi and BMW passenger/luxury V8 diesels? They have massive specs. Prolly quite expensive, with electronic control and all, but so is the Duramax I believe. I would guess about half the weight of a cummins 5.9 but still more than enough torque to blow out most everything.

The diff internals are Range Rover ?? so if i want to regear i just use range rover Ring and Pinions? The axles are Range Rover as well? What model and year?

I have no hands on experience with 6x6 / 4-pin diffs ...

The R&P gearing is 2.91:1 in 4x4 and 3.44:1 in 6x6.
With the portal's 2.06:1 it makes 5.99:1 and 7.08:1 respectively.
