mines done over 400 with rebuild in the last 50 and the oil pressure sits low at idle and picks with revs. it was worst with the turbo on. i have an oil cooler to fix this but i also run penrite oil that arounf 30/60w oil this helps and lasts a lot longer than other oils is this an ok thing to ...

Hi guys. I ahd this same problem with my BJ40 so i just replaced the glow plugs and have never seen it glow so bright before. the black smoke continues when running and there is a knocking noise fom the engine, makes me think its the valves.

got to do the xmas shopping today so wont have time to play, but i'll let you know what happens when i get the chance.

Guys, I finally found how to adjust the valve clearances and thought i did it properly so tried to roll start the cruiser about 10mins ago.
