Thanks guys, they're the AT Bravo 771 series, I agree Rednut they look more like a road tyre than an all terrain, chunks has your mate said how they go on a wet creek crossing exit

Are Maxxis AT 771 any good?

I have a mate with an 03 Jackeroo he's looking at buying a set of Maxxis AT 771 Tyres to go under it, and wants to know what anyone who has used them thinks. He does mostly on road some beach and a little dirt and mud 4wding, showed me a pic of them they look fairly closed tread to me. Any feedback ...

thanx mattc he has 30mm spacers under the springs and 31" tyres warranty is about to finish and he is thinking of more mods rear locker maybe 33" tyres

hey i have a mate he's broken his rear drive shaft twice in 12 months. wants to know how to fix and will it start to break other gear eg. axles

jimny will not engage 4wd

was 4wding yesterday and turns out only had 2wd. Front drive shaft turns 4 low gearing engages no noises from diff. Am thinking it is vacuum operated hubs. Can anyone help with this?

We picked ours up in April, is Feb. build. We have the ARB colour coded Bullbar and Airtec snorkel, both through 4wd Megastores. As far as I know they should b the same.

DirtyPaj I believe it's 15mm you cut off, and you'll probably need low profile allen key bolts so you're still bumping steel onto rubber rather than steel onto steel. And it's not good to cut down your lower bump stops because they absorb the force of the wheel travelling upwards which is when the ...

Sorry Miyagi, I saw Bitsa's reply and thought it was to yours, not mine about front LSD, but yeh all mitsys, that I know of are IFS, unless you go all out with SAS conversion. Hey what would a front LSD do to steering when off road

Thanks Bitsa, you're right 4.625. Can a LSD be thrown in the front. I"m wanting one for the rear, but if it works fine then the front might come later.
