I picked up a rolled RR as a donor for my project. The rear mount on one side was a bit tweaked, so with heat from a torch, and love from a sledge its as good as new!
Remove the bushing first, and be mindful of wires and lines (fuel/brake).

Manual diff lock lever for LT95?

Who has made one? Have any pics?

I am going to be making a manual (non vacume) lever for my LT95 and was looking to see what others have done, before reinventing the wheel.

Anyone consider an American style receiver hitch? I guess Im lucky the the NAS RR's Disco's and Defenders come from the factory with them. http://www.draw-tite.com/fitguides/fitguides/img/fit_maxel.jpg This enables you to either mount a ball hitch for towing or various recovery gear including a ...

Re: strong landrover diffs

does anyone have experience with these diffs or any other options ( it doesn't have to be LR based) As far as nonLR based Axles, the Dana 60 axles found in 3/4-1 Ton American trucks are very similar/comperable to the Salsbury axles. There are differences, but the gears (r/p) are interchangable ...

That is a series 1 109" pickup......with attitude. :D It does have a 101 front axle though. He is also running an ENV rear which is large like a Salsbury, but has a drop out carrier like the rover style diff.

No, he doesn't have any anti spring wrap devices/arms. He has lenghtened front frame horns, and is using rear springs up front, and is using Chevy 1/2 ton springs in the back.

Deranged, yea, those are the later style u joint axles. The tracta's have a 'C' at the ends of each axle shaft with a widget in the middle. Ill look for a picture so you know what I'm talking about.

Tracta joints?

Lookin for early series 1 tracta joints (cv's) The axels can be bent or twisted just need the joints. 2 pair would be great but the long search for the unobtainium has begun.
