As Santos said an F10A conversion would be the easiest. It does essentially bolt up to the existing gearbox, it would be a matter of reworking the engine mounts and a few other things such working out which clutch to use etc. I'd be pretty sure that a search of the net would provide some more ...

It won't matter as to which G13 head you use, they're essentially the same. The biggest difference is just in some of the tappet covers, that the thread for the oil cap is different but that won't make any difference. Do you already have the block, because with what you're doing it wouldn't matter ...
