Before I pull off my front ifs calipers to measure up piston bore.
Would anyone know if they are the same bore as the rv6 calipers??

I doubt you could by a solid "spacer" that will work out of the box.

Sorry to say but solid spacers have to made to suit.

Could take you hours to get right.

As Dan suggested you can fab up a twin filler using the existing filler neck.

80 series will work but they have quite a large valve splitter that require a lever to determine which tank you will fill.You may be limitted for space to fit this system.

100 series and I think some Prado have a factory ...

12 PSI isnt what they roll out of the factory with- they roll out at 9psi (got the factory manual in front of me)

Whoever told you 12psi is having a lend of you.

The Hilux turbo from 99-03 1kz-te were 8-9PSI.These where Japanese builds.

Hilux from 04 on fitted with the 1kz-te were 11-12 PSI ...

I Used all toyota surf suspension under mine...

Not as flash as getting a fabrication place to do all the work, but for my skills and how well it works.. was really worth it...

Cost me around $400 in the end by the time i sold all my leafspring stuff and parts off the Toyota surf rolling chassy ...

I fitted a Prado tank to the rear of my hilux.
Used 100 series dual filler neck.
80 series solenoids for tank switching.
The fuel gauge I set up to read only the tank that is in use.
Still have to fit Prado Bash plate.
This mod gives you 90 extra litres.

I wouldn't worry to much.

That's what they get with extra weight and up size in tyres.

The 1kz-te is not as good on fuel as some may say.

I reckon you would be doing great if 550KM is acheived on a standard
vehicle (Dual Cab 66liters)

The HP is very strong in the direction it was designed for.
A HP in the front is actually stronger than a LP in the front driving forward.
Put a HP in reverse and look out.
That's why a std LP ...

If you get 14l per 100km you are doing well.
I am yet to see the 1kz-te get over 500Km per tank (68L)

Mabey if they still have the standard 28" on and std form?

They are a good donk , old school , and you will find if you weigh them up they will still give the same fuel figures.

So the figures ...

All I can Say is you get what you pay for.
I reckon fully engineered not much change out of $5000.
Rear a bit less.
Note this is for coil conversion not leaf.
If you can get a conversion done for $2000 and able to get engineered send them dowm here.I'll have em and we both make money :P

I have found the best coils to use for front are standard 79 series.
I too tried bundera 2 ".
Also ran standard 80 series and where good but diameter was a little too big and used to hit the chasis rails.
80 would work well if I set it up to suit (80 towers) but I set it up with a bundera front ...

Get the ratios from a 2003 turbo.
I think they are 3.79.
Please correct if wrong.

These will cut the RPM down for a V8

Basically have a 79 series front to go into the Lux (Replace bundera front)
and need to change to 6 stud.Still want free wheeling.

This is only my opinion, but honestly I wouldn't waste your time, better of powering it out if you need to. You would get far better time gains but setting up a good set of horns for your rope on the bar so you can set up your rope before a stage.

Unless you can afford one ...

Next best option would be a 75 front HP diff.
Don't use bundera arms but 80 arms.
Get the brackets from an 80.
Can set them up so rear mount point is directly under chasis.

You have to make them depending on diff set up and what shims you have available.
After market gears vary alot to OEM sets.
Generally I make up a general spacer then shim it up to suit.
Once gearset is setup I measure shims used and reproduce spacer adding ...
