people will Bag anything on here mate.. yeah they had issues early on but pretty good by 03/04 ish. i had an early one and actually never had an issue. Yes the lights do disappear when the car is revved over 1k mark or thereabouts. Thanks I will look into the alternator see if I can find anything visually wrong if not ill get it tested!!
