Are you sure its pumping it from the gearbox to the Tcase not the other way around? Ive never seen them go this way before in the cruisers. I have only seen it once on a fj60 l/c ... when i pulled the t/case apart i found the o-ring on the idler shaft was leaking and allowing the g-box oil to over ...

i sell them for $20 ea and have heaps instock

i have a 6'' lift in my hj60 .. and still use std mounts ... and just matched up a kit to suit ...

on your transfer top lhs there is a nut (19mm ?) rerove it and under the nut is a spring . strech the spring . this should fit your problems. there is also another spring on the front output shaft housing. give it a strech to.... there is a ball bearing sitting under the springs . check the ball ...

if u need a hub spanner i sell them for $27-00 new ....
to fit l/c ......

Basic stuff will go a fair way but. Engine oil filter, fuel and air filters. The basics. I wander what it costs for the pump timing to be checked? i charge to set the timming on a 2h $170-00 . $90 to replace the diaframe . i know your in vic but it aroung 3 hours to set the timming . $170 sounds ...

my hj60 with 33's is about. back 2050mm to front 2030 to the gutter . and i don't have a spring over . and i think it is a good height .

sometime a socket on the alt pulley will work . if not pull out the glow plugs to make it easyer . 4-5 gear is the quickest.
45mm socket fits the crank .
