Well I don't have a car today so I can't help - but I have had a few apart.
You need to be real careful - swap 2 identical parts and you will need to pay a professional a few hundred dollars to reset your diff.
I can't tell much about the bolt from that pic though - any chance of another pic of ...

I am putting in an order for some diff locks.
Anyone interested?
Add on $50 for my effort and I can get you some auto diff locks for pretty cheap.
Should work out for about $450 per axle. Wait time is usually around 1-2 weeks.

Now that I am going with the more 'hum drum' solution (standard beam axle front with the strengthened drive shafts, cv joints, etc and ARB air lockers)

I think if it was me I woudl just put a landcruiser front diff in it and call it good. Portals are cool, but getting the car to work properly as an engineered, registered car will be a massive headache.
I am starting to lean this way as some of the most informative posts recommend the same thing ...

One issue with SASing an IFS vehicle is the resulted minimum height of the vehicle is quite tall as the IFS chassis does not allow for upward diff travel unless the vehicle is lifted fairly high (the chassis doesnt step up over the diff for clearance), If you go portals you not only have the lift ...

Hi guys,
I defined the part names in the below in case I got the names wrong.
I think it is my pitman arm (the thick steel bracket going from Power Steering unit to the steering rod) that is bent. Must have hit a big rock some time ago.

I dealt with Dellows for my Lexus V8 to R150F bellhousing kit. Had no dramas at all, delivery was fast and all parts worked and fitted first time. Only modification required was to enlarge the hole for the clutch fork on the bellhousing to get full clutch movement.
