Oil Change

Got a 93 4.2L td Mav.

Been doing an oil and filter change today and ive put in the 9-10L (roughly) required but im not getting a reading on the dipstick.

Added a bit more oil, ran it, left it a while and still no reading. Don't want to overfill it. No leaks.

Anyone got any ideas?

Cheers

I'm gunna go the 235s and invest in a reliable compressor.

Got a fibre glass hardtop on it as well, so not too hard to take off to lighten it up a bit when I go wheelin.

Tyre help

Got a 1991 stock WT 1.3L sierra about 6 weeks ago now. In the process of deciding what tyres to get and thinking I'll prolly get some 235's. Most of my driving will be sand and the occassional mud hole in winter possibly. I have stock size tyres now so my question is, am I going to have trouble ...
