3" is easy to do.
i usually use lovells coils & shocks only $750
I you want a firmer ride use Dobinson shocks extra $50
At 3" you may need a castor kit.

Well if your talking about the titan ones they are small compact water tight and dont have moving parts so they dont wear out or not as quickly as standard ones.

We can get them in 3 months or somthing but my boss wants them now!! So we have to either find someone who has them in stock or someone who has them on their car and he will pay full price for them. What i dont understand is why he wants them so bad. What is so good about them?

I have pollys all round front and rear in my 105 series and i love them have not noticed the felx being affected and i checked them all the other day and they were fine had them for about a year.

the way i remove them and they come out easy as. Get a porta gas and heat the bracket up stightly but not to much. this will make the metal expand at this stage give the bracket a tap with a hammer (i use a copper head hammer) and after a few sollid taps it should pop out if not re heat and try ...

it could be a few things
1) bushes in your radius arms and panhards are stuffed
2) new panhard is loose
they were the things that caused my 105 series to to just as you have explained.

I don't see why there is a rule that you can't put custom bar work on cars like a 100 series. The air bags are set of by a decelaromiter and not by a crumple zone. So there for (correct me if I'm wrong) the air bags are set off by the speed at with you hit the object and there for it should not ...

Dont go a RTC. I have a 9 way adjustible Tough Dog steering dampner and it seems to be doing really well. when you do have a problem to cover up temporaly untill you fix it just wind the dial up a little. then once you have fixed it wind it back down
