I'd disassemble the CV and have a look, then try and PM Bobby.
I presume the CV was well lubricated, correct?

Something similar happened to a friend of mine 2 years ago (?),
but Bobby was there and replaced the CV.
I guess it's worth disassembling the CV and see how's inside.
Not sure it goes under warranty (not being broken).
Did you buy direct from Longifield or in Oz through a vendor?

G'day mate,
happy to share.
I got D2 turrets (for free) to fit my new Bilsteins "eyed" 7100s,
but I still miss a couple of bits so they're sitting there doing nothing!
