if the oring is leaking they can get diff oil in the air line. if there is enough oil in the line the locker wont dis engage.

try loosening the fitting where the air line connects to the diff and see if it will release the air.

also if it's a pre 92 mod(i think??) you will prob have to move the chassis cross member (tube one behind the box) back a bit and move the mount.

i think the h15x has a better bearing set up in the tranfer with tapered bearings instead of rollers with brass thrust washers.

1hdfte are 100 series, 1hdt and 1hdft are 80 series. i would not recomend 1hz +turbo, i've got a 1hz+t and a 1hdfte and there is no comparison. the 1hdfte shits on the 1hz+t in every way.

softer springs=more bodyroll

like most things you will have to compromise, softer springs + taller ride hight will give you lots more flex but more bodyroll and less stable on side slopes.

My major issue with them is the difference between front and rear track width (its too much in my opinion):
1515mm front
1420mm rear
or
1555mm front
1460mm rear
either way 95mm difference!!!

Pulled straight from the horses mouth (to say):

Jim,

50mm x 4mm will be fine.

Recomend that you add an adjustment on the inside mounting arm (weld bush to a bolt head and thread into the swing arm). As over time you may need adjustment.

Also mount the coils over the axle stubs, the air springs may need to be closer to the pivot point to give ...
