Does somebody out there already have one?
How does it stack up against the japs like Patrol or Toyo 80?
I'm thinking about buying one to replace my '90 Ptrol GQ.

I run 36" Iroks with 50mm body lift plus 2" suspension lift (although it has sagged alot). Some cutting helps.

Can you please explain a bit about this diagram?
On my Safari there is only a "Power" button on the gear selector itself.
Where do I have to connect a "Hold" switch?

Looks like the actuator housing was smashed - it leaks air
I guess I have to think about converting to cable, not air :x

Urgent help needed
How much pressure do I need to engage/disengage the locker?
Will Pajero compressor with ~0.3-0.5 bar of pressure do the job?
I'm afraid to use even the smallest tyre compressor because I don't want to ruin the diaphragm.

But on the other hand, doesn't that mean that "disc" shafts do not have to contact in the middle of the diff?

Not fit - you mean the distance between bearings?

The drum rear model however has longer axles that butt up against each other. As a result, we designed the RD24 which has four short pins to allow these longer axles to pass through the middle of the diff and meet in the middle. In short you need the RD24 to fit the rear drum brake models. I wonder ...

Can somebody give a link?

Personally, I'd go ARB. Toy electric locker is prone to jamming, I mean sometimes it doesn't disengage. It happened to me and some of my friends who run 80s. ARB is said to be free from that problem.

Anyway there is no problem. I run front 80 coils all around, and front 80 shocks too.
You'll just have to weld in some sort of "pad" where upper shock mount (pin) goes through.

Lets take stakes up :D
What about 39.5" ? NO rockcrawling, mud, swamp and snow only, front not locked, only rear.

What birfs/axleshaft should I use? I would appreciate if somebody can give links to web sites where I can order that stuff (preferrably US).

I guess that works because they only drive those on snow.

And they don't grenade CVs because they don't have to make tight turns- they have lots of free space :D

I currently have 4.875 gears default. And I usually drive 50-300kms before I get off the road. I know that the weakest link in front axle are CVs and they give up before the inner axle. Looks like US made Longfields for Pickups will fit Bundera also. But what to do with rear end? Full floater ...

How do I upgrade light duty (Bundera) axles to hold 37"

I mean at least 37s. I'm not talking extremely agressive tyres like Boggers, but something like 37 Mudzilla or 38 TSL. 39.5 Irok would be nice for extra flotation in the snow though armsup At this time I do not want to switch to 80 or Patrol axles for the following reasons: 1) loss of clearance ...
