targa bar removal
hi what would i need to do to legally remove the targa bar (+ support bars to windscreen) from a soft top sierra? i assume i would need to install a rollbar with upper seat belt mounts. would i need to get an engineers certificate? anybody done this? can anybody recommend a place that could do this ...
