Sounds great but a lot of the organisers are very busy with the events they have going. I am sure that you will find a mix of winching and longer runs like what you after in XI.

I only did the front. I put a GU steering box in aswell but I used both of my GQ heavy duty adjustable steering arms and there was heaps / enough thread to adjust. Not sure if you are using standard steering arms though.

You can legaly go a 2 inch suspension and a 2 inch body lift and 33'inch or equivilant 285's tyres in Qld.

Cris, myself and the 4 youngens went to the park to spectate yesterday. It was all well set up once again and very spectator friendly.... thanks Lance and team.

H@mmer was the only competitor to drive one particular hill on stage umm, not sure but well done to him :armsup:

It'll help with heat, but not with strength. Do we know if the pistons crack because they're not strong enough? I would say that they do crack because they are not strong enough otherwise every factory turbo motor would have to have ceramic coated pistons to start with to help with the heat I am ...

Gasless wire is the best for welding Galvanised. Also good for windy conditions. I got my first year of bottle hire half price :D . A new roll of 15kg wire and E size migshield M1 cost me $110.

Does not really matter what ratios you run. Most run 4.3 or 4.6. 4.1's will do the job no problems. Stages are always different. Stick it in low range and just test the 4.1's before you fork out the dosh for new ratios.
