Yes, the toyota dealer delivered the manual that was ordered by them as a spare part.... just for you to know that you can oder more things from your local toyota guys

Thank you Ray, This is actually exactly what I was looking for! Yes! I am writing them immediately to see whether they would ship the book to Europe. I also contacted our local dealer and the guys here are checking whether this can be ordered from Toyota Europe as the manual is in the spare parts ...
