I'm pretty sure it is a MONGOOSE M60 series alarm, I think it is the S series but the original siren with battery backup died so was replaced with a piezo siren.

Quite good but due too the thick sidewall lower pressures on
road is the go i run mine at around 28psi front and rear and
there good. If there pumped up above 32psi your teeth end
up rattling out.

Yeah $240 a corner is about right...if you shop around you may get a better deal but that is the norm. Where are you based?
