Re: Chain to gear drive adaptor plates

Hey Brad, not sure why you couldn't get through...

Your G52 will have a 26 spline output so won't work with a 23 spline chain to gear kit.

Our pitman arm will suit the drag links we do for the 60 high steer, but not an OEM 60 series drag link. Maybe that is where the confusion lies.

Struth, give me a call to discuss.

Cheers

Re: Twin cases for 75 series

We have 2 Toy Boxes coming down at the moment, one for a 40 and one for Zoltans 75.

With the H55F we may need to do a little bit of machining to get it to work, but we are working closely with the guys at Marlin to make sure they come up with the goods.

mate, the longfield 80 series are 24 spline into the CV which is the same as stock and the only ones that Longfield do for LC 40,60,70 and Hilux you can get either 27 spline (stock) or the upgraded 30 spline. "Superset" is just what Longfield calls the complete set, eg you can get a 27 spline ...

Stripping the spline on the CV caused be the hub gear failing is not the CV's problem. Trail Gear will not warrenty the CV if the stock hub gears fails anbd takes out the splines on the CV. Which is guarenteed to happen if the hub gear fails. And it will eventually. I got clarification some time ago from TG in regards to this, as I thought it was a bit silly that they wouldn't ...
