All i can say is good luck finding a set. They are not as strong as mogs, but arent as heavy or difficult to fit into a project. The weak spot on them would be the cv's and upper axles but chromo cv's are available and dobbin could make you a set of chromo axles, after these upgrades they should ...

Once i welded my old one on properly it was fine, still being abused to this day.

I can make you one for $270, extra if you want me to fit it.

TN100 Notcher from JD squared is probably the best small size notcher on the market. I have given mine an absolute flogging & it just keeps going strong. Is there any reason why you couldn't flip the rear diff as per standard practise, and rotate upsidedown the front third member, but leave the housing as is so the drop suits the Navara transfer? Surely this would be easier than flipping the front and then moving the diff again. Yes, its only the ...

use the spray on cutting oil and dont let it get too hot and you should get a couple hundred notches out of a normal holesaw (not the one you have), speedworx sell hole saws that have finer teeth and these work even better.

also what rodrocket said.

yes triangulated 4 link, if he is going to coil the rear of a lux then dont waste your time with any 5 link crap  you just have to move a few things around (ie fuel tank) One thing to keep in mind though that rear diff is out of a 05 hilux, its about 5" wider than a surf rear diff so you may ...

All the yank shops like using UPS, get them to use USPS (normal mail), UPS might be cheap to other yanks but not to OZ.
