a tilting fridge slide is ok, but when you have things tightly packed and you want to get something out of the bottom, everything collapses into the hole you make when you pull something out, it all falls over easily.

Similar to the brake lever ...

Re: 350 chev into MQ

Just looking for info and pointers on fitting a 350 Chev into a SWB MQ currently running the L28 and 4 speed manual, I want to keep things simple so don't really want to worry about any fancy electrics to go with auto's etc. Well then its a fairly straight forward conversion then with no major mods ...

they are legal on the brand new gu's they come stock with 33's not a chance, I've got a new GU and a Coopers rep told me they are close to 33", they are no where near it, more like 31's. If you move to Qld from NSW, and have your vehicle approved for that state then you have I think it is 3 months ...

The rule is max 15mm larger in diameter, but some DOT officers have been allowing 33's on GQ's etc, but some others won't. if they take the std GQ tyre as being a 7.50 x 16 on a split rim, then you mighty just scrape into fittng a 33 and being legal. 35's definately not though. plenty of people run ...

Any metal engineering shop that has a TIG welder will be able to do it for you, but you might have to prefab the mounts to save them time and just get them to weld them on. If you did all the prefab work and just got them to do the welding it would also save you a few dollars, as most of these ...

the split CV boots will save a lot of money in labour costs if they can come up with a universal split 1 to suit IFS vehicles, I have asked many people about this and they reckon it can't be done, but it looks like these people have done their homework.

most likely all the leaves are the same length are they, if so these are parabolic leaves and 3 or 4 is normal but you won't get real good load carrying ability, but they give a softer ride and flex better than staggered packs

I've got an endless air on my L28 motor with power steering but it didn't have A/C so it bolts straight onto where it normally would go, you may need to look at fabricating another mounting bracket if you have room, or go with out your air con if you really want 1.
