hey mate i have a gu ute i have the same problem hot or cold everytime ui start it it blows a huge puff of black smoke ive only got 110000km service it reguarly been doing that since new pretty much starts fine runs fine but just blows a shit load of smoke

go 4.625 if your running 35s mate i run 37s with 4.625 and its shit at 110 its sits on 2100rpm on the free way which is rubbish if you want to power up a hill i want to get rid of my 4.6 and go 4.88 which would be a better option

the head is routed or the clutch fan is stuffed needing silicone try that first the clutch fan if thats fine the haed is cracked could be a small hairline crack that you would be able to pressure test and check most likely on the exhaust side then you will ever know

hey mate im not saying it doesnt wheel well its a very nice car but for $30000 grand thats a bit of money you need to have alot on a zook for that money but dont get me wrong its nice but if your in to the hardcore stuff i dont know if it would be up there thats all!!!

thanks for the reply matedone all that mate but i think the springs ae just heavy duty springs and are to stiff in general getting new springs rock crawlers which are 5 leaves in the main and 2 load ones so im going to take the 2 load ones out and try that
