You actually need a smaller bore size master cylinder to get more pressure to the calipers.This will make the pedal travel further down to the floor but it will greatly increase your stopping power!

The main earth wire is bolted above the rear left wheel arch. If you remove the inside panel there you will find 2 x 2.5mm black wires bolted to the body

Vit Body Lift

I have done a 30mm body lift to mine, it is heaps better now as far as tyre clearance goes. The Spacers are just made from nylon , however I had to make some tube nuts to make the studs reach. Has anyone out there had probs with the rear axle seals leaking into the drums ? When I purchased the vit it had leaking seals, so I replaced them with non genuine ones and they arn,t much better At repco they were saying there should be an inner and and outer seal on the axle but this one only has ...

Sounds ok ! I wanted to fit a locker in the front but was thinking it would be better to install it in a cast iron housing for a bit more strength So it should be ok if I use the grand vit housing with modified brackets together with the 94 man vit centre and install a locker in that ?

Does any one Know if the front alloy diff housing of the 94 vit can be replaced with the diff of a grand vitara (cast iron) And if the ratios are the same?

Whats the deal with broken rear axles in vitaras ? Does it happen only useing the lokrite locker . What about the ARB air locker are they any easier on axles
