other workshops i guess would use some form of manual/repair guide until they need more info or support from Nissan, i have not worked for any other workshop so its only my thoughts. No worries, i have the fuel line into the CAV first so i can see any dirt in fuel before main filter and they are cheaper to replace. i will take pic and send to your email adress if you like

I have a TD6 and have fitted a second CAV filter i made a stainlees bracket that fits on to existing filter bracket. will also fit yours if you dont have ABS. i can take a pic if you like but i dont know how to post them here.

A tech bulletin has been releasd for utes with a run on concern the injection system on the TD6 relies on the ECM sending full voltage to the TCV(timing control soleniod ) at "key off" to ensure correct shut down. Thats right, dual mass flywheel on ZD30. Also leaf spring utes are the only one with differant main shaft ratio in manual trans.

they do have same manual gearbox in 3.0l as in TD6

My pyro on my GU TD6 is in the same spot as yours. the max you should see is approx 550C , not towing mine reaches about 440 up large hills or on a dyno.

TD6 injector pumps run electronic timing control via a control valve in pump as well as needle lift sensor in No1 injector.

My TD6 wagon gets 13.5/14 around town
