Hi Scott this tank is made for SWB Pajero from 1991 - 2005 with bodylift. In case of a petrolengine the original fuelpump has to be modified. Also the lever for the gauge has to be modified. there are brandnew fueltanks for a SWB and LWB Pajero/Montero at www.4x4camp.de
Here is the first report and a few pics. The volume is 131 L (SWB) 171L (LWB)

hi MQ080 The diffration of trhe 2.5TD is 4.875. Gearboxratio is 1.925. Transfercase is allmost the as the one used in Gen I is used. There are a few diffrent parts cause gearbox and the transfercase is shiftet by wire. Therefore one of the shift forcks are a bitt diffrent. I changed the tranfer from ...

I own a 1999 Deli.
For me it sound taht this part is next to dieselpump. I know there is a connection to the cooling system of the engine. This valve controls the dieselpump in relation of the enginetemperature. Anyway a pic would be very helpfull.

the chain in the Pajero I and Delica gear have 1/2" chains. The chain sin the SS gear have 5/8" chains. Also the Chain in the SS is wider.

Hi JTop why did you change to a l300 T-case? Didn´t you see the chain of my gearbox after some offroading ?
