Clutch issues, 2.8 hilux

Hi, mates got an issue with his lux. 2.8 manual, auto locking. It's stuck in neutral. Can't move it into any gear. Adjusted under the cab, has made no difference. How much throw should there be on the side of the gearbox? Has about an inch.

hi, am trying to do abit of research and wondering if anyone has had experience with a ford transit 2.5 deisel conversion into a disco? seems to be fairly common in england with kits available. wondering if theres anyone here i can talk to. thanks in advance

go for it mate. i just sold my s/c calais. with a small amount of work it was making 161rwkw and 550nm of torque. more than enough to have fun. and like i said that was only alittle bit of work. these motors can be made big these days! let me know how you go. i would be interested in putting one in ...

well, ordered my flares from lra, got all set to chop out my guards, opened the box containing the guards and only had 3 in it. lot of use that. but since i had the day planned, i went out and trimmed abit so i could get to running my 33's. heres a couple of pics. http://img222.imageshack.us/img222 ...

looking at chopping out my guards and my tires are scrubing. question.... is it legal? im in the act, and have to put my car through rego. but will i be picked up for cutting guards? if anyone has a link i could read, maybe something from the rta stating one way or another. thanks

reasons. rust a major one, look of a hilux. looking at a mid 80-90 single/xtra cab. also, my running gears all pretty good, and how can go past a chev v8 which u cant have in a normal hilux
