I am busy getting this type (see drawing ) laser cut for mine in 4mm mild steel, had the main front on done too and folded up to suit the shape.
The trans one and transfer case ones go from chassis rail to chassis rail (flat)and have 30% folds at the edges to prevent them digging in (angled upwards ...

Was considering a bit of a shave to the lower bumpstops t.
It's been noted before in trimmimg bumpstops that it isn't recommended to alter the lower bumpstops( upward travel eg stuffing the wheel) There's a post somewhere in ancient history here on it.
Only trimming the upper bumpstops to allow ...

im lookin at maybe buying a late 80s or early 90s Pajero LWB, Preferably turbo deisel. Will be selling my 3.5EFI v8 rangie.
Mainly used for city family car, but as a tourer as well. the other vehicle i'm looking at is similar year Patrols.

I had my mind set on front but when I booked it the fella at ARB said that if I was only going for one locker for now its more beneficial in the rear.
Just though this might be of interest , don't know myself yet, but was interesting test in conflict with what ARB told me also

Looked into a similar issue with mine, found that most tyre/ wheel seller issue what they call 'Navara offset' rims for paj/ triton fitment, tried a standard 'toyota offset' sunnrasia rim 15X8 with 33'X12.5' 15 and they fitted great with no rubbing etc, and that was with only supension lifting, no ...
