Just looking at doing a small lift on my D40 Navara was thinking of 2'' strut spaces and 2'' extended shackles. has any one done this of know of any problems in doing it.

worst I got with 29'' tyres and a 2'' lift on my 1.3 96 coily soft top was just under 20lt to do 100km all the way home from sydney. but slaped a diff carby on it and got 8 km to the 100km at 90km a hour on the flat. doing county k's last week

plan on only driving it on private property and on local tracks only not on public roads and mabey some comp's later on. And what about the rock buggy's they run heavy diffs on light frames with big tyres

yer wasn't planing on using the stock coil set up was going to use coil overs or air shocks only got a coily coz I liked the look of it and iv built big patrols and a scat that ran big tyre's before

but as u said u can't get cromemolly axles for the coily mabey I need to swallow my pride and put lux diffs under it and just some 35's and a was going to run the bigger tyres for the less rolling resistance

mabey I should scrap the zook idea and just super charge my 1.3 and put some 32 on it and build a gu wagon for the harder off road stuff that's been my other thort as of late

ain't got any pics but iv brought some 13.5x15 rims wich I'm going 2 put some 33x15r15 on them when I find some tyres and when I get around 2 it I'm going to put gq diffs under it

the motor use to make 200kw at the fly but its coped a bit of a floging since and seen a tree at high speed but it still runs good so I would think its some whea between 175 and 200kw but nitros dose sound fun

at the end of the day thea won't be much zook left but hell that's half the fun and with the patrol diffs the pumpkin will be central compared to the zook's off set will this combined within big flex be to much for the uni and should I just use a weeker Cv in the rear

Not a fan had them on gq coil cab and sold them about 2000km later just not enouth grip in soft mud and seemed to clog up a lot and no real side ways control just my 2c
