On my old 75 i eneded up cutting some of the cab mount away and tucked it up into there........ worked a treat

hey guys i did have a 79 rv with 305s done the exaust , wound the boost up to 15.5 and put a rapid chip on it then changed the setting in the chip and eneded up with 192rwhp up from 125rwhp, been in dp chip cruiser and d tronic and just laughed at em, now have a v8 ute with 315s same thing 3.5 in ...

i had the same prob with my old 75, a bit different to yours tho as yours is spring over, mine was 5in springs and extendard shackles, ended up being lose front u bolts, Not saying this is your problrm but worth a look....... Truck looks great mate................. got any power figures yet?

hey mate i had a denco kit on my 1hz with a dts top mount ic and a compensator on the pump with a elec inline pump and wow what a difference. made 13lbs of boost at 2000 with 152rwhp and 1050 lbs of torque so i would have 2 say take it 2 somone who knows how 2 tune it properly.

I ant no dyno expert but if u use a lower gear on the dyno does'nt it show different figures?

tapage they are little tyres on the dyno about 265 75 (32) with the micky ts 305 70 it made somewhere mid to high 160s

Hey tapage , I dont know what kilowats are to hp but i got a 79 series factory turbo ute (not intercooled) with a 3in exaust and a rapid chip wich we played with on the dyno and managed 180 rwhp with 265 75s and with the chip off it was only 121rwhp so yea dont know ( you can turn it on and off on ...

the bonnet scoop was a nissan gu part. looks fine....

its a dts kit buddy i added on the thermo fan. it worked ok for a top mount but if i was you i would go a good front mount with that extra room u have in the front of the 100

like i said mate i have a rapid and yea its awsome u can turn it on and off when eva u want on the hiway or where eva.....if u wanna do the chip i recomend u do the exaust first so u get the full advantage of the money u spend on a chip.... mine with the exaust made 122 rwhp pluged in the chip and ...

i would recomend u do the exaust first if it new as u will void warrenty with a chip........ U mean i 1hd fte i have a cruiser ute with a rapid chip and 3in exuats and it goes awsome..... i put the exaust on first and wat a massive difference...... up to u......

mine is running 12.5 psi with a rapid chip.

hey mate i got 305 70s on mine and they are awsome. i had bfg mts and mickythompson radial claws and i find these far better onroad and no where near as loud. Off road they are great plenty of traction. THUMBS UP FROM ME

get a mandrel bent exaust and spend a few hundred on a dyno tune and u will be more than happy

the one i had was a schwitzer turbo bud

and not once over heated as i allways made sure all of the cooling system was spot on

yea mate with the 152 rwhp at 13 psi it was reliable i did 40 000 klms with it like that and did oil changes every 4 thousand ks just 2 be on the safe side had a phyro and boost guage egt i never let it get over 500 but u could get it to 400 quick but hard 2 get over 500..... it was a nice amount of ...

thats ugly mate what made u do that?......... u spent that much money pn ya ute for a dodge job like that ... go get a 3in mandrel bent from beudesert exausts... they make the hilux go so much better ... my old boy got 1 and wow it goes great
