!6 x 7 wheels with 255/85/16 is the best size you can run on a Pajero They are a 33.3 - 33.5 inch tyre and narrow so they bite in don't need a wide tyre on a lighter 4wd.

Yes they do. It will relieve pressure at about 14 psi. Maxium boost is produced when you are using maxium power ie flat to the floor going up a hill. If you want to see if it works pull the hose off to the waste gate and go for a short drive. You can fit a boost controller or bleed valve to increase ...

Yep the free wheeling hubs fit all models. Best ones are ASIN from a base model pajero or Triton. Have you done the ball joint flip? My Pajero used to break the CV's when i had the ball joint flip I think the 2.8 td and 3.5 front diff sits higher than in the 2.5td and 3.0 so the CV's are at a ...

Mine did something like that when I had the clutch replaced. Same thing can happen without ...

The smaller diffs have smaller spines in the diff but everything else is the same.
Then just to confuse things the larger diffs have two dirrect size CV's, spines into diff and the hub are the same but the ball (outer) of the CV's is bigger by 5mm and the shaft is about 3 mm bigger on the ones with ...

Short answer yes they are different size.
But only the the outer part of the inner CV joints are smaller every thing else is the same size ie inner section of inner joint, shafts and outer joint are the same.
There are some larger joints fitted to some 2.8 tdi and 3.5 lt they have 90 stamped into ...

It sounds like the waste gate it stuck shut or the actuator isn't working.
You should be able to move the waste gate actuator by hand.

By the way did you have a wheel alightment done recently? These bolts have a habit of coming lose after being played with, so they should be replaced when doing a wheel alightment.

Just looks like the axle bearing is stuffed not too hard to replace at home. The aluminium part is a bearing protector and is fairly cheap from mitsubishi.
