well it sounds like the bleed nipple is blocked ? just unscrew all the way out and clean it ,cause they block up with mud .when it is out try the brake and see how much fluid comes out . well i hope that works . ;)

well i own a waeco and have done for some time (50l) and it has been very good just make sure you buy the one with the danfos moter not the cheap made in china one because danfos moters are in both waeco and engle fridges but all it will come down to is price .

AMT welding at jimboomba will do that tray and he is very good and well priced and he also dose bar work and just about anything else.

the 40 frame length is 3385 mm and the 45 is 4390 mm except for that there is not much that is different provided you keep the 45 runnning gear . if i had a scanner i would send you the dimension out of the toyota repair manual.
