It's off a mk 1 swift/barina, I'm not sure what year but I can find out if you really want. It bolted onto the manifold, but all the fittings on it are different, the only vacuum line I could be bothered working out is the advance to the dizzy. The hat seems to be in a different place even, I had ...

Havent seen a ram fail yet. A couple of ACE valve blocks have been replaced (Approx $1900) the only other thing is ACE pipes leaking which the old one piece lines have to be replaced with a 2 piece unit - Approx $400. This is not a common problem that I have seen though. Very good system. This is ...

Just removed mine. Two front body mount bolts 3 or four per side in the inner guard 1 per side at the very back (where the door closes on) Obviously remove lower door hinge. As Dewse said, unhook all wiring - headlights/indicators/horn/oil pressure Two bolts on the right hand inner guard holding the ...

Have you checked the temp sensor that feeds the ECU. Have heard of this failing before and telling the ECU the engine is cold hence pumping more fuel in. Cheap thing to check/replace.

currently run standard SJ410 running gear, 31 inch handcut tyres, 4.16 rockhopper all behind a G13B. Do Enduro's and Trialling over here. Like grimbo we have a lot of grass/dirt/mud based 4 wheeling. Nothing broken yet. All getting transferred into a 413 flatdeck in the near future

Ummm, I should of done it myself, but I work with LR's so got the boys in the workshop to do it :D
Ball joint splitter to seperate from the axle housing bracket, use a press to remove balljoint from A arm bracket. Re assemble. Can see how it would be a PITA without a press.

Have just replaced the A arm balljoint on mine (2000 TD5 done 140,000kms). Was knocking, hence the replacement. This also removed a fair amount of back lash in the drive train

Best: GTI engine, rockhopper, handcut tyres, 6 point chassis mounted cage, cutting hardtop down to half cab

worst: doing it all on a SJ410 :D Would of been soooo much easier on a SJ413

200 TDi's have a seperate turbo and inlet manifold. The 300 Tdi is a one piece turbo and inlet manifold. If thats helps identify it.
If you still cant tell PM me the VIN number.

A little. Our Series One Discos over here have a habit (not overlly common) of the immobiliser crapping out which cuts power to the coil. The part number listed above is a "Spyder Bypass" which we plug in and away you go.
