Have to agree with marin. A few years ago i started hearing this flapping noise at speed- turned out to be the right-hand rubber flap com adrift. Just pulled it right off at the time and laziness/busy-ness meant i didn't replace it for ages, which resulted in a filthy engine bay. Amazing how much ...
