Hi guys Sorted out the prtoblem this morning myself, found out that on the GU the one way valve is located within the primary vacuum hose that goes into the first tank, as it was I had this around the wrong way so that I wasnt getting any vacuum into the tanks, swapped it around and its all good... ...

I have a 1999 GU DX TD42 with 205 000 on it still going strong, my last ute a Mazda B2600 had 470 000 on it when i traded it, and that was with oil changes every 5000, so in my opinion a TD42 with should outlast a petrol 4
