thanks for all your comments. and your all right. the springs i have in it were soft so it would articulate more. i'm going to go for new coils and leave it at the height it is. i've already cut guards and could fit 36" swampers under it with only SAGGED 4" coils.

if your worried about it cutting out on stupid angle, ever thought of using a surge tank to prevent such problems. small tank in fuel system that always remains full unless you run out of fuel but should stop surging problems on side angles and inclines.

common for nissans is a wobble between 60 and 70km/h. but at 90 km/h i would definately be checking your wheel balance. as tyres wear they loose their balance. i just got my 33" mtrs balanced and the worst needed 180g of weight to fix it. now drives like a dream.

nothin to worry about. mines got over 250 000k's and have full log books and used to tow a caravan around aus. replaced 2nd gear selector and clutch at 240 000k's ( thats what you get for climbing BIG rocks and snapping seconds in the mud. but otherwise its one tough cookie.

you should try putting car in reverse and go backwards about 20 metres, put in neutral and try 4lo again. also check condition of linkages to the transfer, can sometimes cause dramas, also check oil level in g/b and transfer. and if problems persist see your local g/b mechanic.
