My 80 sereies was the same i put castrol VMX-M gear oil in and an additive and its is so much better now try it

i use tCASTROL VMX-M 75W/85 as well i changed cause of cold start problems and not going into gear it runs perfect now

Cool as then. You can run a turbo easily - but just be aware that everything else needs to be kept up to it and the oil changes need to become religious!! Check out teh AXT website, where are you based? If in melb - can point you to the right places. I already do services every 5oookm religously ...

make sure you spend good money on an aneroid, injectors and exhaust to see gains all around and have a significant improvement!

turbo for my 80 series ???

Hi ive got a 1990 80 series 1hz diesel landcruiser . I am wanting to fit an after market turbo and was thinking about a turbo glide turbo . Is this a good choice any body got a turbo from this company and if so are you happy and ill welcome any other options in turbos cheers Any other sugestions on ...

my 80 series clunks when on full lock left or right . if i turn just of lock its fine if i do a u turn full lock is like a series of clunks any idea wat it is
