Thanks for this I went to see my local dealer and found out this is not the part I am chasing .
The part number you gave me is the number to the bottom section which goes around the crank,which is what Ive been calling the bottom section.
The part Im chasing goes just above this piece and sits ...

I have been doing the timing belt on my 3.5lt v6 pajero (not the DOHC) nov 97 model and after having my Outlaws dog over I noticed a part was missing .

The part Im chasing is the plastic cover over the timing belt !
Its the middle section that I need .

just wondering if anyone can shed some light on the auto trans on a 95 DOHC 3.5lt GLS model when under load with the caravan the trasmission isnt kicking down when its suppose to .Does anyone know what this could be as it was serviced 10,000klms ago and fluid is always topped.Or is there a link ...
