If the auto has the cooler lines running into the radiator tank and the auto is slipping (which it sounds like it is), this could be your overheating problem. I never liked the in tank cooler idea on any car. I always run an external oil cooler for the auto. Has it been a while since the auto was ...

I presume the viscous fan is the one on the front of the radiator? It does click on and off when the air con is on, but have not taken much notice of it any ...

Re: GU 4.5 on gas OR Gu 4.2
Hi, My mate is planning to sell his highly modified disco and buy a GU. But fuel economy is his major concern. He thinks GU 4.5 running on gas should save more on fuel than a 4.2 diesel. Is that right? Anyone has experience on 4.5 GU running on gas? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Ok, I ...

Are your monoforms true to there sizing??
I'm thinking of getting a set of these tyres in the (MF) muddy 31x10.5 which they say are 781mm (30.74)inchs in diameter. Are the measurements they give true? Or do they end up being the 30.3 inch tyre which most seem to be.

Winch with no winch bullbar?
I want to put a winch on my NJ shorty but i don't want to fork out $1200 for a bull bar to fit the winch. Is there some kind of winch cradle you can buy or is there someone in Geelong or Melbourne who can make one up for me.
