Thanks Scott! I found at sigma-galant everything i needed. Does anyone knows any links of a wrecker where i can find what i need? (intake manifold with injectors). I have a contact in Sydney that can send it to me, but it would be better if i could point him to right direction...
Thanks again...

Re: 4G54 and magna heads
Thanks for the replies! I would like to keep the pajero camshaft (more low torque i guess). Is this possible with the magna head? Also you said for magna TN. In other sites i've seen a "TR" head instead. Is there any difference?

Re: turbo on a 4g54?
Hi, fast 4g54,
I have a Pajero with a turbo conversion for about 5 years. Standard pistons, cams etc. After market ECU. Running at 7psi most of the time but able to get 15 psi when i want it (boost controller). Full boost at 1400rpm with a high gear. Over 180hp at full boost. No damages in engine ...

TR Magna head
Hi all,
I 've decided to change my moded intake manifold and head to a standard Mitsi 4G54. I see that many people use the TR Magna head and manifold. My question is this: Only the head and intake plenum is it ok or i need all the stuff (cams etc.). I don't know if my cylinder head's internals are ...

You must place the AFM before the turbo. I'm not so sure that the stock ecu can compensate well even at 6 psi. Do not make the common mistake to see just the numbers. For example, 6psi pressure with a small turbo maybe is ok, but with a GT35 is a recipe for a disaster :). Some people increase the ...

Replace with what? My opinion is the full rebuild gives you an almost new engine but you have to concider the cost. I wouldn't bother to replace the engine with a used 6G72 because most of them are old and you have the risk to face the same problems soon. BUT!... there is another option

bigger tires and axles strength
I'v read the tech/info database but i want some info from the real life.
What about the strength of the axles at 35" and 33" tires? Are 35" forbidden for the Gen1? Power is not a problem (or is it? ) Just needing some info from people that wear these... I'm planing 33" but 35" are also ...

V8 on a Gen 1?
Does anybody know something about it? It's my last dream (or nightmare?).
Any info will help... I need to know any potential problems regarding the size etc. The engine that i have in mind is the V8 magnum 5.2L from the Grand Cherokee.
Here is my source of inspiration (what a sound!)

You can also check this
http://kms.vankronenburg.nl/
I use it, and it's top class, made from a very well known european company. I see they have a dealer in the States...
P.S. check the the characteristics and prices and compare them with a Motec

With the most effective way: a fully programmable after market ECU that has beem programmed for my needs (in this case 15 psi :) )
Everything else is not ok. Many people believe that if they fit a fuel-only managment system and an extra injector they will do the job. That's ok for boosts about 6 psi ...
