Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Is there anything wrong with welding 25mmx25mm angle 5mm thick to the underside of the diff?

i was actually tossing up between the goodyear mtr's
and the mickey T mtz's in the first place but i have not heard that much about them, because correct me if i am wrong but not soo long ago they only came out in large sizes and if you could get a good size they ...

Yeah all good to go 5inch but i only just spent the dollars changing the coils last month and the shockers in the front. i went 4 inch coils with 78 series shockers

Gday does anyone know what lift is needed to run Q78's on a GU??
Also what overall diameter of the Q78 are??

i just had to replace mine and it is 110amps
and not cheap if you have to replace it...

i have Rockhoppers in my GU and they are the best mod i have done to my truck..
i can't say which is better as i dont know of any one that has gearmaster's
but i am led to believe there is the price difference due to a backlash eleminator in the gearmaster but i havent seen a need for it in mine ...
