if you want to fix the fan prob without altering the wiring, turn fan on and see if your test light lights up on one of the plugs onto fan motor,(if you do have power at all speeds, remove fan and either see if you can free it up, or goto wreckers, or new) if the fan is only reciving power at speed ...

well with two altonators, hooked up stright to batt, they can both sense the batt v and they should hold voltage at 13.5 - 14v and any drain/workload amps wise would be shared by the two. just get the self reg type (e.g. it got B+ batt, F feild, (and sometimes R reference voltage)

another thing to keep in mind is that hairy wires, or wires crossing paths in your trailer plug can make brakes come on also when depressing the brake can make the park curcit come on
