A mate of mine has a FJ40 with power steering, the steering box is positioned in the same place as it is on the BJs. So the easiest way would be to source one of these boxes and a pump and bolt it on.

I dont think you will find anyone that will do it because there is a metal link inside the door that joins the door handle to the latching mechanism so you can open the door. The problem with it is that it pokes up past where you would chop the door off.

I think the hankooks suggested where RF04's are the RF03's pretty much the same coz i know of somewhere i can get a good deal on them, but they might be gettin a little roadie
