Hilux Rear Diff?
I can rotate my rear tail shaft about 1/4 turn. Is this normal? It clunks when accelarating away from a stationary position. It has no forward/backwoard movement only rotational. Is it the diff or the transfer that may have the problem? 1990 petrol diffs to sierra transfer. Any ideas would be great ...

(Could be burned here so flame suit is on) It can be done without a body lift! I'm not sure about the suspension lift in order to clear the sump as i run Lux diffs. It will fit in the tunnel with a small amount of massage. But you need to fit a custom "jack shaft" (box-transfer). Aslo once in place ...

Rear Main Seal Help
I've just pulled the rear main out of my 1.3 Sierra. It was completely destroyed and haemorrhaged big time. When replacing it with a new one it is supposed to sit flush with the back of the block or pressed in completely?
Thanks Heaps

Hilux axel Seal
In the process of changing an axel seal...
After removing the manual locking hub i am stuck trying to remove the nut and washer in the end of the axel.
Each time i attempt to undo it the axle spins hence having no affect in undoing it.
How can i stop this?
Cheers,
Andrew
