Try removing the spare. I found that the rear door inside made a noise also check the door seals and the adjustments of the doors hit the spare with a hammer and see if you caan reproduce it...

Ok cool looks like there will be more people looking at getting some replacement frames. So far looks like we have the 5 people so that is $100 each. Just to confirm that is $100 per side.
So we have :
2 in Syd ( Including Myself ) 4 Frames
3 In Mel 6 Frames
Total of 10 Frames
So 10 x 20 ...

There is LWB 12 Pairs SWB 20-30 Pairs all powder coated and they are $120 each and about $30 to get them sent to Sydney. Get a discount for 5 pairs $100 each.. All have the felt in the frame but not the Rubber..
