Ok going to sound like a retard here bit ordering a locker for my fj73 and trying to get the correct air locker.
So my question is how do i know if its 10 or 12 bolt is it just counting the studs that hold the front third member in.

duty cycle is constant. i dont usualy hold the trigger in for more than 10 mins. :D

diffs are cheap as. do not go to a wrecker or a suzuki place if you dont want ot pay $$$$ would definetly recomend searching on hear and some of the local suzuki sites heaps of ppl selling cheap or wrecking.

realy depends on wat your doing with your car(as grimbo said). these gears would be great if you were doing a fair bit of offroad work if they are paired with a set if tcase gears later down the track they would be awsome. realy depends wat your after for price wise.

i was running 36s on my 1L diffs with only an incorrectly set up diif breaking. i was running heat treated cvs in the front. (there on ebay :lol: ) but as been said before any one can braek stuff.

just another quick one on the same topic i plan on running turning breaks on each rear wheel when i pull one sie on there for maring the other side spin will this stuff the lsd realy quick. any ideas on how long it will last.

thanx for the tips 3.9 is stamped on cr4own wheel so im guessing thats the ratio. :x
the lsd if pretty tight at the monet i had tyres on it and couldnt get it to slip bye hand not much force but. if i lift a wheel it will not work like a locker tho will it.

mick, it aint cheap but the schedule 240 is the best for lowers. 12.7mm wall 42.2mm seamless pipe i believe. wont bend.
any idea where to get it from in brizzy i went to sims and they just looked at me funny when i said i wanted a 12mm wall pipe.

just wondering if any knows any tricks of how to get carbies working on steep inclines. ive got an external fuel pump so no problem of fuel getting there. the carbie is a standard 1.6 gemini carbie. :lol: im realy close to considering going gas. any ideas on wat this would cost? any tips appreciated...
