Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Guys,

Just wanting info on any good engine recon /replacement workshops here in brisbane drive in drive out after my 2.7L hilux went bang over the weekend.

any info would be appreicated

Just a quick question for you guys, been told today that my 2.7 has dropped a botttom end bearing? Should I go the rebuild path or try and find a replacement and would anyone have ideas of cost? And yea I have to aggree will whats been said above went well till this happened

Yea thanks mate has about 6 months rego fair condition with near new standard rubber stocko white and its in qld

G'day all, looking at getting back into a 4wd and I'm looking at a 92 GQ ST Coil Cab diesel Stock as a rock with 228 klms on the clock. Just wondering since I've just returned from overseas what this woud roughly go for ?

Gees looks like everybodys choice of an up grade is different, and just to let everbody know the 05 lux is setup just like a prado with the strut front end, its not my ideal fourby but due to work that shit that pays the bills havent got much choice a lifted 80 or 100 series would be nice can only ...

After some help in regards to a suspension up grade to a stock 05 lux.

would love some more height for tyres and better flex for off road. At this stage have only looked at ARB any other advice would be great. cheers
